Refund policy

Since each of our candles is hand-crafted, we do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly provide a replacement or exchange if your product arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at elisabeth@anythingcandle.com so we can address the issue.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if your item was damaged during transit. If this happens, please reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our hand-crafted products, we cannot accept returns for candles.
